Winter and Spring Update
I hope everyone enjoyed the holidays and winter season. I would like to personally welcome all my clients back as we are gearing up for another great season in 2017.
Although it was a cold winter for most I was fortunate to spend some of the winter months working in Costa Rica for my second year in a row fishing the Los Suenos Tripple Crown Series. This tournament is a three leg bill fish tournament fishing against the best teams in the world allowing me to keep my skills sharp in offshore fishing as well. We were lucky enough to take third place in the first leg and win a daily top boat award. Finishing 8th overall for the series which is a big accomplishment.
In between Costa Rica my amazing wife Amanda and I snuck away for a quick trip in Key West where we had an incredible day of flats fishing with Captain Mark Sampson from the Ocean City Fishing Center.
In the small amount of down time I was able to watch my wife shoot her personal best deer a beautiful 150″ 10pt. I also spent some time carving some decoys and hope to complete a custom cork sea duck decoy rig for this upcoming duck season.
Currently preparations are being made for the fast approaching fishing season. For so early in the year I already have a significant number of trips on the book. If you haven’t already done so and would like to book a trip now is the time to ensure you get the dates you want! I have added a credit card machine on the boat this year to better convenience my customers as well as a new “trip deposit” via credit card feature on the website
